final

This is the final design for my office, after many alterations and corrections. notice the shapes are very geometrical, this is to convey the feel of urbanism architecture. i have created more walls to define the spaces. The main room is the most detailed room, with two joining walls and a confined roof. It is also this room which i tried to bring a mix of urbanism, vanucular and classical architect together.
there are technically three balconies to my office. but the top two floors are considered to be more free, this is because of the minimal amount of fencing it has.
I've decided to add a piece of artwork which runs through the centre from the top floor all the way to the bottom as i feel pop art is commonly associated with urbanism. because of the simplicity urban design carries compared to the colours and details of pop art, they create a great contrast between each other which is why both styles go hand in hand.
the roof is made from fine wood with the top surface texturised with old peeling wood. peeling wood is a characteristic from vanucular architecture. it gives a vintage feel to buildings, mainly houses, even though houses with this look may seem old and rough, it is no doubt very sturdy with a timeless beauty which only some can see.
